WEDDING ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION
We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you only book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Deposits for your reservation are due within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice. Final payment is due no later than February 17, 2025. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your reservation request, please allow 24-48 hours reservation to be created, and your invoice emailed to you for payment.

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block; you can request to book your reservation within these dates. Deviation outside of these dates (before May 22, 2025, after May 26, 2025) may result in a rate change and is subject to availability.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed. If you would like to guarantee your bedding option, the resort requires an additional fee. Please ask your travel agent for the additional cost if you’re interested.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made on or before December 20, 2024: initial deposit (payment 1 and 2) is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between December 21, 2024-March 7, 2025: a two-night per person penalty will be assessed.
Cancellations made between March 8, 2025- Zero (0) days prior to departure: 100% penalty per person shall be assessed and reservations are nonrefundable.
Travel Protection, if added to the individual reservation, can be used to cover reservation penalties should guests cancel while the room block is in penalty. Please note, no-shows result in 100% penalty, even if travel protection has been purchased. Reservations must be paid according to the payment plan outlined for travel protection to cover cancellations while in penalty.
Partial cancellations (reducing room nights) while in penalty will result in the cancellation penalty being assessed for the reduction of said room night(s) at the guest level.
Transportation to and from the airport
Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Renny Travel. The cost of transportation is booked separately, as the cost is based on the number of guests arriving at the same time. To ensure accurate pricing is provided, flight itineraries are due no later than March 22, 2025. Failure to submit flight itineraries within fifteen (15) days of the due date will result in guests having to book their transportation on their own.
