Second Deposit Payment: 25% of total invoice due no later than March 6, 2026
Third Deposit Payment: 20% of total invoice due no later than July 6, 2026
Final payment: Invoice balance due no later than October 4, 2026

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before January 14 2027, and after January 18, 2027) are subject to availability.

Rates are per night, based on occupancy. Example: Double Occupancy, Caribbean Suite King and Sofa Bed for three (3) nights January 14-17, 2027: $564.00 x 3 nights = $1,692.00.

Travel + Stay With Us

We have entrusted KT Travel & More to book the accommodations and round trip hotel/airport transfers for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only Due to the wedding restrictions of Hard Rock Punta Cana Hotel & Casino, only guests that are booked within our room block are allowed to attend the wedding. Final payments are due no later than October 4, 2026. Initial deposits are due upon receipt of your invoice. Once KT Travel & More has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your payment to be processed.

Hard Rock Punta Cana Hotel & Casino requires that all wedding guests book within the wedding room block. Guests that book at the resort but book outside of the room block will be charged $100.00 per person, per wedding event (there are four wedding events for the weekend). Guests that book outside of the resort require a day pass to enter the property. Day passes are $166.00 pe person, per day, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. For the wedding day, you will be required to pay $100.00 per person per event. Day passes are subject to availability and prior authorization from the hotel.

Transportation to and from the airport

Direct, round-trip transfers are provided by Renny Travel DMC. Transfers are only for guests of the Charles wedding traveling to Hard Rock Punta Cana Hotel and Casino and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates. The cost of the transfer service will be provided once all flight itineraries are received.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made on or before May 6, 2026: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between May 7, 2026-September 4, 2026: 35% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between September 5, 2026-October 3, 2026: 60% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between October 4, 2026- November 3, 2026: 85% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made on or after November 4, 2026: 100% of total reservation is nonrefundable.

Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
