The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before April 30, 2026, and after May 3, 2026) are subject to availability.

Rates are per room, per night, based on occupancy. Example: Alcoba Ocean View King Double Occupancy for four (4) nights: $747.00 (1 night) + ($747.00 x 3 nights)= $2,922.00. The cost per person, per night, is $373.50.

The Alcoba Oceanfront Double room can go up to a maximum of four (4) occupants. The cost per additional adult is $229.00/person, per night.

We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our anniversary celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Due to the wedding restrictions of Unico 20 105, only guests that are booked within our room block are allowed to attend the wedding. Final payments are due no later than February 28, 2026. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your invoice.

Unico 20 ̊ 105 ̊requires that all wedding guests book within the wedding room block. Guests that book at the resort but book outside of the room block will be charged $100.00 per person, per wedding event (there are four wedding events for the weekend). Guests that book outside of the resort require a day pass to enter the property. Day passes are $198.00 pe person, per day, from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. For the wedding day, you will be required to pay $100.00 per person per event. Day passes are subject to availability and prior authorization from the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Up to 91 days prior to arrival: No charges will be assessed.
90-61 days prior to arrival: 40% of the room revenue will be charged.
60-31 days prior to arrival: 60% of the room revenue will be charged. This charge is nonrefundable.
30-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of the room revenue will be charged. This charge is nonrefundable.

Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.

Transportation to and from the airport

Direct round-trip transportation is provided AmStar DMC. The cost of transportation is based on the number of guests arriving around the same time. Please be sure to submit your flight itineraries no later than Sunday, March 1, 2026, so that we are able to provide an accurate quote for your transportation to/from the resort.
