I have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for my birthday weekend. To make this process as simple as possible for me, I request that you only book your resort accommodations for my bithday through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Deposits for your reservation are due upon receipt of your invoice. Reservations must be booked and deposited by March 15, 2025. Final payment is due no later than May 15, 2025. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your reservation request, please allow 24-48 hours reservation to be created, and your invoice emailed to you for payment.

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block; you can request to book your reservation within these dates.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policies
Cancel on or before March 15, 2025: Initial deposit nonrefundable
Cancel between March 16-April 15, 2025: two nights per person penalty will be applied
Cancel between April 16-0 days prior to travel: 100% nonrefundable
Partial cancellations (reducing room nights) while in penalty will result in the cancellation penalty being assessed for the reduction of said room night(s) at the guest level.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport is booked through AmStar DMC. Transportation is $75.00 RT per person for shared transportation.
Please note that rates for transportation are subject to change. To confirm your transportation, your flight itinerary is required. Flight itineraries are due no later than May 31, 2025. Failure to submit flight itineraries within fifteen (15) days of the due date will result in the loss of transportation and will be nonrefundable.
