No deposit is required. All reservations booked will be charged in full thirty (30) days before arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. No partial payments are allowed.
All room accommodations listed may not be available at the time of booking. In the event the room you request is not available, we will get back to you with a list of available options.
Cancellation Policies
All cancellation requests are required in writing. Cancellation requests must be received no later than 24 hours prior to your arrival. Cancellations after 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure.
Transfers
Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time); vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Punta Cana International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through KT Travel & More LLC.
