Kids Policy:
While we love your little ones, please know that our wedding events are geared toward adults. The resort is family-friendly, but we hope you’ll consider using this weekend as a getaway! If you do bring the kiddos, we kindly ask that they stay close to you during events so everyone can fully enjoy the celebration. Thank you for helping us keep the vibes relaxed and fun for all.
Accommodations
Reservation & Payment Details
We’ve partnered with KT Travel & More, LLC to manage accommodations for our guests. To streamline the process and ensure a stress-free experience, we kindly request that all resort accommodations for our wedding be booked exclusively through KT Travel & More, LLC.
Travel/Booking Window
Dates: February 4–February 8, 2026
A 3-night minimum stay is required for all reservations.
Reservations outside these dates (before February 4 or after February 8, 2026) may result in a rate change and are subject to availability.
Adults-Only Option
For guests seeking an adults-only experience, Hotel Mousai offers a luxurious alternative connected to Garza Blanca. Guests of Hotel Mousai have open access to the facilities and amenities at Garza Blanca, including all wedding events. Contact KT Travel for availability and rates.
Flights
Book Independently: Flights must be booked separately, as KT Travel & More does not manage flight bookings for the wedding group.
Airport: Book your flights to Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Travel Dates: Plan to travel + stay between February 4–February 8, 2026.
Arrival & Departure Times:
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 PM
Deposit Payments
Your 1st deposit payment serves as your official RSVP to the wedding and must be paid within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice. 1st deposit invoices must be paid no later than May 1, 2025, so please ensure timely payment to secure your reservation. 2nd Deposit Payments are due no later than July 1, 2025 (Total equivalent to one night stay per person)
RSVP Deadline
All RSVP deposits (payments 1) must be
submitted by May 1, 2025.
Reservation confirmations will be emailed within 24-48 hours of
payment.
Final Payment
Final payment is due no later than November1,2025.
Payment Schedule:
Your 1st deposit payment serves as your official RSVP to the wedding and will be due no later than May 1, 2025. Once your invoice is received, payment must be submitted within seven days to

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made on or before July 1, 2025: initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between July 2, 2025-November 1, 2025: a penalty of 50% of the total reservation cost will be applied.
Cancellations made between November 2, 2025- (0) days prior to departure: a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost will be applied.
Please note, no-shows result in 100% penalty, even if travel protection has been purchased.
Airport Transfer Services
- Transportation Provider: Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Lomas Travel.
- Cost: $75.00 round trip per person (wedding group only).
- Important Deadlines:
- To confirm your transportation, your flight itinerary must be submitted no later than December 4, 2025.
- Failure to submit flight itineraries within 15 days of the due date will result in loss of transportation, which will be nonrefundable.
- Note: Rates are subject to change.
