We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. Your reservation and deposit serve as your RSVP, so to make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. A reservation request serves as your RSVP. Initial deposits are due within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice. Final payments are due no later than July 14, 2024. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your reservation request, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your reservation to be created and to receive your invoice.

There is a four (4)-night minimum requirement on all reservations booked under the Young Wedding room block. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before October 17, 2024, after October 21, 2024) may result in a rate change and is based upon the resort’s availability.

Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations 145 days or more prior to departure (on or before May 25, 2024): Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations 144-76 days prior to departure (May 26, 2024- August 2, 2024): Reservation penalty of two (2) nights per person is nonrefundable.
Cancellations 75-0 days prior to departure (August 3, 2024-October 17, 2024): 100% nonrefundable.

Travel Protection, if added to the individual reservation, will be used to cover the penalties should guests cancel while the room block is in penalty. Please note, no-shows result in 100% penalty, even if travel protection has been purchased. Travel protection will only protect the investment if the amount paid is greater than or equal to the penalty amount at the time of cancellation. The cost of travel protection is nonrefundable.

Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Lomas Travel DMC.

Shuttle and Private Eurovan transportation are based on arrivals. Please note, there is a possibility that you may be grouped with guests you do not know. If you do not want to wait for others for your transportation, please be sure to select the Luxury Private Transfer option. Requests to change your transportation option at the time of arrival at the airport is discouraged. If your transportation is changed at the airport, we will bill you for the difference owed.
