Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you book your stay and confirm your RSVP.

Step 1: Explore Travel & Stay Options

• Navigate to the Travel + Stay page to review room options, pricing, and other important details.

Step 2: Secure Your Reservation

• Submit your reservation request using the form below to secure your stay in the wedding room block at Garza Blanca Cancun.

Step 3: Pay Your Deposit

• Ensure your deposit is submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice. Your deposit confirms your booking and serves as your official RSVP.

Step 4: Complete Your RSVP

• Once your deposit is paid, complete the RSVP form to finalize your attendance.

  • This is our Google RSVP form please use this one. I am happy to share access.

Step 5: Stay Connected

• TNT will coordinate with KT Travel & More LLC for updates on confirmed bookings, which will help finalize their Master RSVP List.

Room Availability Notice

If the room category you desire is not available, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Reservation Request: Choose a room option that is currently available and that you would feel comfortable with. This ensures you have a reservation secured while we check on your preferred room type.

2. Notify Us: In Step 4 (Comments and Questions) of the reservation request form, mention the room category you originally wanted and let us know it’s sold out.

3. Contact Us: Alternatively, you can email Stephanie at stephanie@kttravelandmore.com or Jada at jada@kttravelandmore.com to let us know your preference.

NOTE: We will reach out to the resort to request availability for the room category you’re interested in. Please note that if the resort no longer has that room type in inventory, we won’t be able to secure it. Having an alternative option locked in will ensure your accommodations are confirmed.
