You will submit your payment using the Credit Card Authorization Form once you receive your invoice. Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed. All payments are entered manually by KT Travel & More LLC. For additional payments to be made using the credit card on file, you must request this payment via email only.
Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. Should you be approved to add a plus one, please reach out to me and I will request the additional person to be added to your room.
Transportation to and from the airport is included in your reservation total.
Yes, optional excursions are provided for booking.
- To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form located on your invoice. Cancellations by phone call or text message are not valid. You may also email your cancellation request to stephanie@kttravelandmore.com.
- Refunds are currently being processed in 30 business days (subject to change). If you are adding travel protection, please remember that the cost of travel protection is nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to penalties.
Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Room changes can be made up to 65 days prior to travel. Please note, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
You can add travel protection up to 7 days after your reservation is approved. Travel Protection cannot be added to a reservation that has been paid in full.
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than July 7, 2024.
Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort.
Yes, this change can be made prior to 65 days before travel. Please note that this special request is based upon room availability and is not guaranteed. Any changes outside of the room block dates (before October 10, 2024, or after October 14, 2024) may be subject to different rates.
No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form.
All parties in the reservation must either add travel protection, or not add travel protection. All parties must also select the same option for travel protection.
- No, once Travel Protection Plus Full Credit or Travel Protection Plus Cash Refund options are added to your reservation, you cannot change your option.
- You cannot remove travel protection from your reservation once you receive your invoice.

The current room block is between October 10-October14, 2024. You can book your stay between these dates. Please note, the resort has a minimum 3-night requirement. Dates booked outside of this eligible date range are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation that you reservation is booked once we receive approval of your requested dates from the resort.
A valid passport book (not the card) is required for international travel.
The airport you will fly into is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Yes, the dress code at restaurants falls into 2 categories: Casual– Bermudas, long shorts, or capri pants. Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men. No bathing suits. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. Casual Elegance – Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No flip-flops or sleeveless shirts (aka muscle tees). Long pants required for men. Please pack accordingly.
Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so while you are not obligated to tip, we recommend bringing at least $100 per guest for tips. Typically, tips (USD $1-$10) are encouraged to show appreciation for shuttle drivers, bartenders, waitstaff, cleaning staff, tour guides and spa staff.
- The rate you pay to stay at the resort includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions.
A negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into the Dominican Republic, however, all travelers must fill out the E-Ticket prior to arrival. I strongly encourage doing this 24 hours prior to arrival. The E-Ticket must be filled out for your return to the US as well. Please note, the US does not require a negative COVID-19 test for your return.
