Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.

Final payments are due sixty (60) days prior to travel. Final payments are automatically deducted from the card on file used to pay your deposit.

Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify Stephanie of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort. Please note, fees may be associated with your new transportation arrangements.

No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All deposits must be made using the Credit Card Authorization Form. Final payments are automatically withdrawn sixty (60) days prior to travel.
