- How much is the deposit?
The deposit is one night stay per person. - Do you offer travel protection?
Yes, there are two options for travel protection, Group Select (without Cancel For Any Reason [without CFAR]) and Group Elite (with Cancel For Any Reason [with CFAR]). Group Elite (with Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) is not available to residents of New York. - Can I book my flight on my own?
Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups. - How do I submit payment?
You will submit your payment using the Credit Card Authorization Form once you receive your invoice. Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed. All payments are entered manually by KT Travel & More LLC. For additional payments to be made using the credit card on file, you must request this payment via email only. - Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. Should you be approved to add a plus one, please reach out to me and I will request the additional person to be added to your room. Please note that reservation modifications will not be allowed 21 days or less prior to departure. - Is transportation to and from the airport included?
Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your reservation total but paid for with your reservation at the price quoted on the Accommodations page under Transportation. - Can I book excursions?
Yes, optional excursions are available for booking two months prior to the wedding. - What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form located on your invoice. Cancellations by phone call or text message is prohibited.Refunds are currently being processed in 7-14 business days (subject to change). If you are adding Group Select or Group Elite travel protection, please remember that the cost of Group Select and Group Elite travel protection is nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to penalties.
- Can we request rooming next to our family/friends?
Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - Can I request double beds?
Yes, special requests can be made for a double-bed room, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - Can I change my room after my reservation is made?
Room changes can be made up to 21 days prior to travel. Please note, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - What is the deadline to add travel protection to my reservation?
You can add travel protection up to 7 days after your reservation is approved. Travel Protection cannot be added to a reservation that has been paid in full. - When can I book my flights?
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline. - When is my final payment due?
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than March 23, 2024. - What happens if I miss my flight?
Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort. - Can I change my dates of travel after my reservation has been made?
Yes, this change can be made prior to 21 days before travel. Please note that this special request is based upon room availability and is not guaranteed. - Do you accept payments over the phone?
No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form. - What do I do if I want to add travel protection, but my roommate does not?
All parties in the reservation must either add travel protection, or not add travel protection. Both parties must also select the same option for travel protection. - Can I change my option for the Group Protection Plans after my reservation is made?
No, once Group Select or Group Elite travel protection is added to your reservation, you cannot change your option. - What is the group name?
The group name is Evans Wedding. - What are the travel dates?
The current room block is between June 26-June 30, 2024. You are able to book your stay between these dates. Please note, the room block has a minimum 3-night requirement. Dates booked outside of this eligible date range are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation that your reservation is booked once we receive approval of your requested dates from the resort. - What identification is needed for travel?
A valid passport book (not the card) is required for international travel. - What airport do we fly into?
The airport you will fly into is Cancun International Airport (CUN). - Do the restaurants at the resort have a dress code?
Yes, the dress code at restaurants falls into 2 categories: Casual– Bermudas, long shorts, or capri pants. Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men. No bathing suits. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. Casual Elegance – Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No flip-flops or sleeveless shirts (aka muscle tees). Long pants required for men. Please pack accordingly. - Should I bring money for tips?
Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so while you are not obligated to tip, we recommend bringing at least $100 per guest for tips. Typically, tips (USD $1-$10) are encouraged to show appreciation for shuttle drivers, bartenders, waitstaff, cleaning staff, tour guides and spa staff. - What’s included in an All-Inclusive Resort?
The rate you pay to stay at the resort includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions. - What is Mexico’s COVID-19 Policy?
A negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into Mexico. - Do I need a passport for travel to Mexico?
Yes, a valid US Passport is required for entry to Mexico. You will not be able to board your flight without a valid passport. - What is the weather like in the area?
Please check the weather for more accurate updates. We recommend checking about one month before the wedding. Are children welcomed at the resort?
Children are welcome at the resort; however, no children are permitted at the wedding, cocktail hour, or reception on the day of the wedding.What is the wedding dress code?
The wedding dress code is Beach Cocktail. It will be very warm, so please dress light.- What happens if I am not booking through the resort or the travel agent for the wedding?
If you decide to stay off property or book outside of the room block, there is a $130.00 day pass fee to gain access to the resort for the wedding day and events (this fee is per day). If you are staying at the resort but booking outside of the room block, there is a $130.00 penalty per event.
