Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.
How do I submit payment?
You will submit your payment using the Credit Card Authorization Form once you receive your invoice. Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed. All payments are entered manually by KT Travel & More LLC.
Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
While you are able to add guests to your reservation, please review the Plus One Policy for the actual wedding.
Is transportation to and from the airport included?
Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your reservation total, but it is offered and paid separately. It will show on your invoice should you elect to add it.
What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, you must submit the Reservation Cancellation Request Form.
Can I change my room after my reservation is made?
Room changes can be made up to 45 days prior to travel. Please note, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
When can I book my flights?
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
When is my final payment due?
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than April 5, 2025. Final payments not received by 11:59 PM CST on April 5, 2025, will receive a $50.00 per person late fee. If your reservation and late fee is not paid in full by April 18, 2025, your reservation will be cancelled and is nonrefundable.
Can I modify my reservation after my reservation has been made?
Reservation modifications must be requested in writing and will not be accepted forty-five (45) days or less prior to check-in of the earliest reservation in the room block. Reservation modifications include, but are not limited to name changes, adding/removing a guest from the reservation, shifting of reservation dates, changes to room categories, etc. If reservations are requested to be changed less than forty-five (45) days prior to travel, a change fee of $150.00 per change will be billed to the reservation. Modification requests may not be approved by the resort.
Do you accept payments over the phone?
No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form.

What are the travel dates?
The current room block is between July 15-July 19, 2025. You can book your stay between these dates. Please note, the resort has a minimum 3 night requirement. Dates booked outside of this eligible date range are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation that you reservation is booked once we receive approval of your requested dates from the resort.
What are the COVID-19 travel policies for Mexico?
There are no special requirements related to Covid-19 for travel to Mexico.
Is a passport required for travel?
Yes, a valid US Passport is required. Passport cards are not acceptable for international travel.
What airport are we to fly into?
You will book your flights to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Our wedding will be a black-tie affair. We kindly invite our guests to embrace our color scheme of nudes and black for the evening.
Are children welcome?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party for this celebration.
Are plus ones welcome?
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are unable to accommodate plus ones. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation for the ceremony and reception. If you have any questions, please reach out to the bride or groom.
Are there any other events outside of the wedding day?
Yes, in addition to the wedding day itself, there will be a rehearsal dinner, which will be an intimate gathering for the bride and groom, the bridal party, and close family members. This event is by invitation only.
How many days should we book my reservation for?
The resort requires a minimum of three (3) nights stay for all bookings. Please refer to question 18 for the recommended nights to book.
Do I have to stay Garza Blanca Cancun in order to attend the wedding?
Yes, you must stay at Garza Blanca Cancun to attend the wedding. Garza Blanca does not offer day passes. We kindly and strongly recommend that all guests attending the wedding stay on-site as there are several wedding events scheduled.
Where can I RSVP to the wedding?
Once you have placed a room deposit, please return to your invitation to RSVP.
Does your Destination Coordinator assist with booking flights as well?
No, KT Travel & More can only assist with Garza Blanca Cancun accommodations, airport transportation and excursions.
