  1. How much is the deposit?
    The deposit is the cost of one night, per person.
  2. Do you offer travel protection?
    Yes, travel protection is available to be booked by Travel Insured.
  3. Can I book my flight on my own?
    Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.
  4. How do I submit payment?
    Upon receipt of your invoice, there will be a link to the Credit Card Authorization Form. You will submit your payment information for us to make your payment. For future payments, you may either use the card on file or submit a new authorization form to use a new card. Please note, payments are not automatically withdrawn from your account and a request must be submitted via email for us to process a payment for you.
  5. Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
    Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. While it may be helpful to add someone to your reservation to help with the cost, this does not mean that person will be able to attend the wedding.
  6. Is transportation to and from the airport included?
    When submitting your reservation request, please let us know what option of transportation you are selecting. We will include the cost on your invoice.
  7. Can I book excursions?
    Yes, optional excursions will be provided for booking.
  8. What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
    To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form. Phone calls and text messages are not valid methods to communicate cancellation of your reservation. If you are eligible for a refund after cancellation, refunds are currently being processed within 30 business days (subject to change). If you are adding travel protection, please remember that the cost of travel protection is nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to penalties.
  9. Can we request rooming next to our family/friends?
    Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
  10. Can I request double beds?
    Double bed options are available to book; please be sure to choose that option as needed.
  11. Can I modify my reservation after it is made?
    Reservation modifications must be requested in writing and will not be accepted forty-five (45) days or less prior to check-in of the earliest reservation in the room block. Reservation modifications include, but are not limited to name changes, adding/removing a guest from the reservation, shifting of reservation dates, changes to room categories, etc. If reservations are requested to be changed less than forty-five (45) days prior to travel, a change fee of $10.00 per change will be billed to the reservation. Modifications may not be approved by the resort.
  12. When can I book my flights?
    Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
  13. When is my final payment due?
    Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than March 8, 2025.
  14. What happens if I miss my flight?
    Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent or contact your airline’s customer service number to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort and notify the resort of arrival delays.
  15. Do you accept payments or reservations over the phone?
    No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone.
  16. What are the travel dates?
    Rooms are available to be booked between the dates of June 18-22, 2025.
  17. What is the group name?
    The group name is Hollis Wedding.
  18. Are there any other events outside of the wedding day?
    Yes – there will be themed events throughout the week. More details to be provided as we get closer to the big day.
  19.  Do I have to stay at Hyatt Ziva in order to attend the wedding?
    We kindly request that all wedding guests stay on-site at Hyatt Ziva. Several wedding events are planned throughout the weekend, and staying off-site will significantly impact your ability to fully participate. A $175/day pass is required for non-guests, and transportation to and from wedding activities will be your responsibility. We strongly encourage you to book your stay at Hyatt Ziva to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  20. Is there a dress code?
    Yes, we want you to look your best. Formal wear is preferred, with black tie optional. Check out our mood board for reference.
  21. Are there any other events outside of the wedding day?
