Yes, travel protection is available to be booked by Travel Insured.

Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.

Upon receipt of your invoice, there will be a link to the Credit Card Authorization Form. You will submit your payment information for us to make your payment. For future payments, you may either use the card on file or submit a new authorization form to use a new card. Please note, payments are not automatically withdrawn from your account and a request must be submitted via email for us to process a payment for you.

Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. While it may be helpful to add someone to your reservation to help with the cost, this does not mean that person will be able to attend the wedding.

Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Renny Travel. The cost of transportation is booked separately, as the cost is based on the number of guests arriving at the same time. To ensure accurate pricing is provided, flight itineraries are due no later than March 31, 2025. Failure to submit flight itineraries within fifteen (15) days of the due date will result in guests having to book their transportation on their own.

Yes, optional excursions will be provided for booking.

To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form. Phone calls and text messages are not valid methods to communicate cancellation of your reservation. If you are eligible for a refund after cancellation, refunds are currently being processed within 30 business days (subject to change). If you are adding travel protection, please remember that the cost of travel protection is nonrefundable. Cancellations are subject to penalties.

Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

While you can request your specific bedding type, please note it is not guaranteed and confirmed at check in. The resort does offer the guarantee of double bed options for an additional fee. Please let your travel agent know if you would like to guarantee bedding so that we can request the cost on your behalf. If you proceed the cost will be added to your invoice.
