Wedding Information
The initial deposit is 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
Yes, travel protection is available through Travel Insured. Please visit the Travel Protection page of the website for more information.
Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.
You will submit your payment using the Credit Card Authorization Form once you receive your invoice. Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed. All payments are entered manually by KT Travel & More LLC.
While you are able to add guests to your reservation, please review the Plus One Policy for the actual wedding.
Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your reservation total, but it is offered and paid separately. It will show on your invoice should you elect to add it.
Yes, optional excursions will be provided for booking.
To cancel your reservation, you must submit the Reservation Cancellation Request Form.

Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Room changes can be made up to 45 days prior to travel. Please note, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than May 14, 2025. Final payments not received by 11:59 PM CST on May 14, 2025, will receive a $50.00 per person late fee. If your reservation and late fee is not paid in full by May 31, 2025, your reservation will be cancelled and is nonrefundable; all penalties will apply.
Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort.
Reservation modifications must be requested in writing and will not be accepted forty-five (45) days or less prior to check-in of the earliest reservation in the room block. Reservation modifications include, but are not limited to name changes, adding/removing a guest from the reservation, shifting of reservation dates, changes to room categories, etc. If reservations are requested to be changed less than forty-five (45) days prior to travel, a change fee of $150.00 per change will be billed to the reservation. Modification requests may not be approved by the resort.
No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form.
The group name is Menafee Wedding.
The current room block is between July 23-July 27, 2025. You can book your stay between these dates. Please note, the resort has a minimum 3-night requirement. Dates booked outside of this eligible date range are subject to availability. You will receive confirmation that you reservation is booked once we receive approval of your requested dates from the resort. Please note: only 20% of the reservations in the block can be extended over four (4) nights. If you submit a reservation request and we have met the 20% threshold, we will notify you accordingly.
There are no special requirements related to Covid-19 for travel to Mexico.
Yes, a valid US Passport is required. Passport cards are not acceptable for international travel.
You will book your flights to fly into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require long pants, collared shirts, and closed toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.
