Wedding Information
The deposit is 20% of your total room cost.
Travel Protection is available and booked through Travel Insured.
Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.
Upon receipt of your invoice, there will be a link to the Credit Card Authorization Form. You will submit your payment information for us to make your payment. For future payments, you may either use the card on file or submit a new authorization form to use a new card. Please note, payments are not automatically withdrawn from your account and a request must be submitted via email for us to process a payment for you.
Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. Should you be approved to add a plus one, please reach out to me and I will request the additional person to be added to your room.
Transportation to and from the airport is not included in your reservation total but paid for with your reservation at the price quoted on the Accommodations page under Transportation.
Yes, optional excursions are provided for booking.
- To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form located on your invoice. Cancellations by phone call or text message is prohibited.
- Refunds are currently being processed in 7-14 business days (subject to change).
Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Yes, special requests can be made for a double-bed room, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Reservation modifications must be requested in writing and will not be accepted forty-five (45) days or less prior to check-in of the earliest reservation in the room block. Reservation modifications include, but are not limited to name changes, adding/removing a guest from the reservation, shifting of reservation dates, changes to room categories, etc. If reservations are requested to be changed less than forty-five (45) days prior to travel, a change fee of $10.00 per change will be billed to the reservation. Modification requests may not be approved by the resort. Change fees not paid by the individual reservation will be deducted from your deposit or comp refunds.
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than March 4, 2025.
Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort.

No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form.
The group name is Seigle Wedding.
The current room block is between June 26-June 30, 2025. You are able to book your stay between these dates. Please note, the resort has a minimum 3 night requirement. Dates booked outside of this eligible date range are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation that you reservation is booked once we receive approval of your requested dates from the resort.
A valid passport book (not the card) is required for international travel.
The airport you will fly into is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
Yes, the dress code at restaurants falls into 2 categories: Casual– Bermudas, long shorts, or capri pants. Sneakers, tennis shoes or sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men. No bathing suits. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. Casual Elegance – Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No flip-flops or sleeveless shirts (aka muscle tees). Long pants required for men. Please pack accordingly.
Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so while you are not obligated to tip, we recommend bringing at least $100 per guest for tips. Typically, tips (USD $1-$10) are encouraged to show appreciation for shuttle drivers, bartenders, waitstaff, cleaning staff, tour guides and spa staff. (Don’t be cheap!)
The rate you pay to stay at the resort includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions.
A negative COVID-19 test is not required for entry into the Dominican Republic, however, all travelers must fill out the E-Ticket prior to arrival. I strongly encourage doing this 24 hours prior to arrival. The E-Ticket must be filled out for your return to the US as well. Please note, the US does not require a negative COVID-19 test for your return.
Please check the weather for more accurate updates. We recommend checking about one month before the wedding.
