Yes, you can book your flights on your own, however, you will not be able to cover your flight under travel protection if it is not booked through KT Travel & More LLC. - How do I submit payment?
You will submit your payment using the Credit Card Authorization Form on the Booking page of the website. Should you want to use the card on file fur future payments, an email authorizing the payment and indicating the amount you want to pay is required. If you want to use another card, you will need to fill out a new form. Please note, payments are not accepted over the phone and must be requested in writing. - Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. Should you be approved to add a plus one, please reach out to me and I will request the additional person to be added to your room. - Is transportation to and from the airport included?

Yes, optional excursions will be provided for booking 3 months prior to your departure. - What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
To cancel your reservation, please send an email to admin@kttravelandmore.com to notify me in writing of your cancellation so that I may have your reservation canceled. Refunds are currently being processed in 90 days (subject to change). If you are adding Travel Protection Plus, please remember that the cost of Travel Protection Plus is nonrefundable. - Can we request rooming next to our family/friends?
Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - Can I request double beds?
Yes, special requests can be made for a double-bed room, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - Can I change my room after my reservation is made?
Room changes can be made up to 95 days prior to travel. Please note, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - What is the deadline to add travel protection to my reservation?
You can add travel protection up to 7 days after your reservation is made. - When can I book my flights?
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline. - When is my final payment due?
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than April 8, 2022. - What happens if I miss my flight?
Should you miss your flight, please notify me so that I can assist in getting you rebooked (if your flight was booked through KT Travel & More), or you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort. - Can I change my dates of travel after my reservation has been made?
Yes, this change can be made prior to 95 days before travel. Please note that this special request is based upon room availability and is not guaranteed. - Do you accept payments over the phone?
No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form. - What do I do if I want to add travel protection, but my roommate does not?
If you would like to add Travel Protection Plus but your roommate does not, please be sure to let me know the option you are wanting to add. I will wait until everyone in your room has submitted their Credit Card Authorization Form before your reservation is made, for accuracy. - Can we add different options for Travel Protection Plus?
Yes, it is not required that each person in the room add the same level of Travel Protection, nor does everyone have to add it if they do not want to; however, it is strongly recommended to add Travel Protection Plus to your reservation. - Can I change my option for Travel Protection after my reservation is made?
No, once Travel Protection is added to your reservation, you cannot change your option.
