It all began on a cold, rainy Halloween weekend in Memphis, TN, October 29, 2021, at Earnestine and Hazel’s. What started as a simple girls’ night out turned into the start of something neither of us could have expected.

The very next day, we decided to meet up for a happy hour date. That date became unforgettable—Mark ended up missing the first quarter of the Grizzlies game (and neither of us minded). What started as a quick drink turned into an entire weekend, which ended with us dancing the night away at a Halloween party.

By February 2022, we officially started our relationship and have been inseparable ever since. From big moments to quiet ones, our journey together has been filled with laughter, love, and endless adventures.

In November 2023, life brought us a new opportunity when Mark received a job offer to relocate to Dallas. Without hesitation, we decided to take this leap of faith together, embarking on the next big chapter in our relationship.

And then, on July 13, 2024, atop Reunion Tower, Mark got down on one knee and asked the question that would change our lives forever. It was a moment we’ll never forget, marking the beginning of our forever together.
