1. Reservations are made via the website SquadTrip. You may set up automatic payments or pause the automated payments to manually submit your payments.
2. Cancellation penalties are non-negotiable.
3. Travel Protection is optional but strongly encouraged. Once your reservation is booked with travel protection, it cannot be removed, regardless of if a payment/deposit has been made to your reservation. The cost of travel protection is nonrefundable.
4. The final payment due date is October 4, 2023. A late fee of $25.00 USD per person will be added to any reservation that is past due after October 4, 2023.
5. Room rates are not all-inclusive. To add the all-inclusive supplement to your reservation, you must select to add it during the reservation process.

6. Reservation modifications must be requested in writing and will not be accepted 67 days or less prior to check in of the earliest reservation in the room block. Reservation modifications include, but are not limited to name changes, adding/removing a guest from the reservation (occupancy changes), shifting of reservation dates, changes to room categories, etc.
