Travel Protection

Travel protection is offered and strongly encouraged. Travel Protection Plus is a great way to take the worry out of travel. Travelers will receive the best pre-departure benefits in the industry that include our incredible Cancel for Any Reason feature. Add Travel Protection Plus to any group reservation within 7 days of booking. Should you decline to add Travel Protection Plus, and additional waiver will need to be signed. Travel Protection is non-refundable once purchased.

Terms & Conditions:

The cost of travel protection is nonrefundable. When you request to add travel protection to your reservation, it cannot be removed once your reservation is booked/confirmed/active. The cost of travel protection is due with your room deposit.

Canceling your reservation with Travel Protection Plus Credit option or Travel Protection Plus Cash Refund: Credits are applied to the individuals on the reservation and cannot be transferred to any other individual (unless insured is a minor, it can be transferred to the parent).

Travel Protection Plus Full Travel Credit: this means that should you cancel at any time, for any reason, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit; it will not be returned to your credit card.

Travel Protection Plus Cash Refund: this means should you cancel at any time, for any reason, your refund will be sent back to the credit card payment on file. Please note, if one person is paying for the reservation (for example, you are giving your roommate the money to pay for your portion of the reservation), the refund will only go to the card on file used for payment.
