Payment Details

Initial Deposit: 15% of total invoice is due upon receipt of your invoice.
Second Deposit Payment: 35% of total invoice due no later than January 2, 2027
Final payment: Invoice balance due no later than February 11, 2027

The hotel has a 4-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before May 12, 2027, and after May 17, 2027) are subject to availability.

Rates are per person, per night. Example: Mirage Club One Bedroom Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi, May 12-16, 2027, Double Occupancy: $358.00 x 2 people x 4 nights = $2,864.00.

We have entrusted KT Travel & More to book the accommodations and round trip hotel/airport transfers for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. We ask that wedding guests book through our room block only. Final payments are due no later than February 11, 2027. Initial deposits are due upon receipt of your invoice. Once KT Travel & More has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your payment to be processed.

Family Club One Bedroom Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi (Family friendly)

This suite offers the perfect blend of shared space for families or friends, with a separate bedroom and living area divided by sliding doors. Relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi or soak in the indoor tub. The open bathroom includes a double vanity, plus a walk-in rain shower and toilet, each behind frosted glass doors. Accommodating up to four guests, it’s a stylish escape made for comfort and connection.

Hotel/Airport Transfers

Direct, round-trip transfers are provided by Lomas Travel DMC. Transfers are only for guests of the Brady wedding traveling to Majestic Mirage Resort and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates. The cost of the transfer service is $75.00 per person.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made on or before August 27, 2026: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between August 28, 2026-October 26, 2026: 20% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between October 27, 2026-December 4, 2026: 40% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
December 5, 2026-0 days prior to travel: 100% of the total reservation is nonrefundable.

Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
