We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Please book your reservations as soon as possible so that we can have an accurate headcount of who’s attending. Final payments are due no later than July 16, 2026. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your invoice.

It is required by the resort that all wedding attendees are booked within our room block. Please note that additional fees will be required for attendance if you decide to book outside of our room block (staying as a guest at the resort or booking outside of the resort).

Payment Details

Deposit: 50% of your total invoice is due upon receipt of your invoice.
Third deposit: 20% of total invoice due April 16, 2026
Final payment: Remaining balance of total invoice due July 16, 2026

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of the dates of October 15-19, 2026, is not permitted.

Prices are quoted per room, per night. Example: Deluxe Junior Suite, Double Occupancy for 3 nights: $460.00 *3 nights= $1,380.00

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made by February 17, 2026: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between February 18, 2026-April 17, 2026: 30% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between April 18, 2026-July 17, 2026: 40% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between July 18, 2026-August 17, 2026: 50% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
August 18, 2026-0 days prior to travel: 100% of the total reservation is nonrefundable.

Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.

Transportation to and from the airport

Direct round-trip transportation is provided JTL Jamaica Tours. The cost of transportation is based on the number of guests arriving around the same time. Please be sure to submit your flight itineraries no later than Friday, August 14, 2026, so that we are able to provide an accurate quote for your transportation to/from the resort.
