We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Please book your reservations as soon as possible so that we can have an accurate headcount of who’s attending. Final payments are due no later than July 16, 2026. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your invoice.
It is required by the resort that all wedding attendees are booked within our room block. Please note that additional fees will be required for attendance if you decide to book outside of our room block (staying as a guest at the resort or booking outside of the resort).

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before October 14, 2026, and after October 18, 2026) are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made by February 17, 2026: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between February 18, 2026-April 17, 2026: 30% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between April 18, 2026-July 17, 2026: 40% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between July 18, 2026-August 17, 2026: 50% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
August 18, 2026-0 days prior to travel: 100% of the total reservation is nonrefundable.
Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
Transportation to and from the airport
Hotel Transfers
Direct, round trip hotel transfers are provided by AmStar DMC. Transfers are only for guests of the Reeves Wedding traveling to Secrets St. James, Secrets Wild Orchid, or Breathless Montego Bay and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight Itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates. The cost of transfers will be sent to guests once all flight itineraries are received by August 14, 2026.
