We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our anniversary celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Please book your reservations as soon as possible so that we can have an accurate headcount of who’s attending. Final payments are due no later than April 10, 2026. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive your invoice.

The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before July 9, 2026, and after July 13, 2026) are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policies
Up to 121 days prior to arrival (March 10, 2026): Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
120-91 days prior to arrival (March 11-April 9, 2026): 30% of reservation total is nonrefundable.
90-0 days prior to arrival (April 10, 2026): Total reservation is nonrefundable.
Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Lomas Travel.
Hotel Transfers
Direct, round trip hotel transfers are provided by Lomas Travel DMC for $82.00 USD per person. Transfers are only for guests of the Swader anniversary trip traveling to Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight Itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates.
