- How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20% of the room cost, plus the cost of transportation and travel protection (if you’ve added travel protection to your reservation). - Do you offer travel protection?
Yes, there are two options for travel protection: Group Select without Cancel for Any Reason and Group Elite with Cancel for Any Reason. Group Elite with Cancel for Any Reason is not available to residents of New York. - Can I book my flight on my own?
Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for groups. - How do I submit payment?
Payments are submitted via the Couples Getaway Website. - Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
Yes you may, but please be sure to send us an email to request the addition. - Is transportation to and from the airport included?
Transportation to/from the airport is added to your reservation and paid for with your deposit. - Are there excursions?
Absolutely! We will be doing a catamaran excursion, and there will be optional excursions for you to book. - What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - Can I request double beds?
Yes, special requests can be made for a double-bed room, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. - Can I change my room after my reservation is made?
Room changes can be made but are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. - What is the deadline to add travel protection to my reservation?
Travel protection can be added up to seven (7) days after you’ve paid your deposit. You must send an email to request to add it, and we will update the cost of your reservation; you must pay the cost of travel protection once we update your invoice. - When can I book my flights?
Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline. - When is my final payment due?
Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than May 30, 2024. Late fees apply to reservations not paid in full by the final payment due date. - What happens if I miss my flight?
Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort. - Can I change my dates of travel after my reservation has been made?
Yes, this change can be made prior to 60 days before travel. Please note that this special request is based upon room availability and is not guaranteed. - Do you accept payments or reservations over the phone?
No, reservations and payments can only be made on the website. - What do I do if I want to add travel protection, but my roommate does not?
All parties in the reservation must either add travel protection, or not add travel protection. Both parties must also select the same option for travel protection. - Can I change my option for travel protection after my reservation is made?
No, once travel protection is added to your reservation, you cannot change your option. Travel protection cannot be removed from a reservation once it is deposited. - What are the travel dates?
Rooms are available to be booked between the dates of August 30-September 2, 2024. A minimum night requirement of 3 nights must be met for all reservations. - Are passports required for travel to Mexico?
Yes, each person traveling to Mexico must have a valid passport. Passport cards are not acceptable for international travel. Real IDs are not acceptable for international travel. Passports must be valid at the time of travel. - Does this resort charge for incidentals?
A credit card may be required for incidentals. Resorts may hold up to $500.00 per reservations for incidentals, and resorts may not accept debit cards for incidental holds. - What are the COVID-19 travel policies for Mexico?
There are no special requirements related to Covid-19 for travel to Mexico. - Does the resort have a dress code?
Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require long pants, collared shirts, and closed toe shoes. Please pack accordingly. - What airport are we to fly into?
You will book your flights to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
