We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. Your reservation and deposit serve as your RSVP, so to make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Final payments are due no later than October 4, 2023. A deposit is due at the time of booking; payments will be set up for automatic withdrawal monthly until the final payment due date of October 4, 2023.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Up to August 19, 2023 (116+ days prior to arrival): no penalties will be applied.
Beginning August 20, 2023 (115-81 days prior to arrival): a one-night penalty per person will be assessed.
Beginning September 24, 2023 (80-51 days prior to arrival): a two-night penalty per person will be assessed.
Beginning October 24, 2023 (50 days or less prior to arrival): 100% penalty per person shall be assessed and reservations are nonrefundable.
To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form.

Travel Protection, if added to the individual reservation, will be used to cover the penalties should guests cancel while the room block is in penalty. Please note, no-shows result in 100% penalty, even if travel protection has been purchased. Travel protection does not cover changes to any reservations. The cost of travel protection is nonrefundable.
