Room Block Details
We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. All RSVPs/reservation deposits are due no later than November 1, 2025. Final payments are due no later than January 16, 2026. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your reservation to be created and to receive your invoice.

A note from your travel agent: The only room category within the room block that allows for double beds is the Junior Suite Tropical View room. Please note that inventory is limited and is on a first-come, first serve, basis. Guests booking triple occupancy may be prioritized over double occupancy guests requesting double beds by the resort.

Cancellation Policies
151 days or more prior to arrival (November 16, 2025): Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
150-121 days prior to arrival November 17, 2025-December 16, 2025): Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
120-91 days prior to arrival (December 17, 2025-January 15 2026): One night per person penalty will be assessed for individual reservations.
90-0 days prior to arrival (January 16, 2026): Total reservation is nonrefundable.
Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
Airport Transfer Services
Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Lomas Travel.
Direct, round trip hotel transfers are provided by Lomas Travel DMC for $75.00 USD per person. Transfers are only for King wedding guests traveling to Secrets Moxche Playa del Carmen and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight Itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates.
