We have entrusted KT Travel & More to book the accommodations and round trip hotel/airport transfers for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. We ask that wedding guests book through our room block only.

Excellence Oyster Bay Resort & Spa is an adults only resort. Children under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted.
Rates
Please note:
-Rates are quoted per person, per night in USD, and include all applicable taxes and gratuities.
Payments
To reserve your room, there is a 10% initial deposit + 5% processing fee on the total reservation amount. You can make monthly payments or schedule a payment arrangement that works for you, with final payment due no later than forty-five (45) days before travel. You will receive a courtesy monthly payment reminder regarding your balance.
Cancellation Policies
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to travel, in accordance with the resort’s policy.
However, please note that the wedding includes special group concessions based on the number of guests staying at the resort. Cancellations made within 60 days of travel may impact these concessions.
If you need to cancel within this 60-day window, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Transportation to and From the Airport
Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time); vehicle occupancy applies based on Seasons Transfers policies. Service is to and from Montego Bay International Airport to the booked hotel. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through KT Travel & More LLC. Flight itineraries are due no later than sixty (60) days prior to travel.
