Payments & Deposits

How much is the deposit?

A deposit of 10% of the total reservation plus a one time 5% processing fee is required.

Travel Protection & Changes

What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to travel, in accordance with the resort’s policy.

However, please note that the wedding includes special group concessions based on the number of guests staying at the resort. Cancellations made within 60 days of travel may impact these concessions.

If you need to cancel within this 60-day window, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

What do I do if I want to add travel protection, but my roommate does not?

Do I need a passport to travel to Jamaica?

Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica. Your passport must not expire within six months of your trip (your passport must be valid past October 7, 2027).

Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?

Yes, you may add a guest to your reservation, however, this request must be submitted in writing. Once confirmed, we will provide you with an updated invoice for your reservation. Please confirm adding additional guests to your reservation with Elena and Corey.

Can we request rooming next to our family/friends?
