Initial Deposit: 15% of total invoice is due upon receipt of your invoice.
Second Deposit Payment: 35% of total invoice due no later than February 27, 2027.
Final payment: Invoice balance due no later than April 9, 2027.

The hotel has a 4-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before July 8, 2027, and after July 12, 2027) are subject to availability.
Rates are per person, per night. Example: Junior Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi, July 8-12, 2027, Double Occupancy: $282.00 x 2 people x 4 nights = $2,256.00.
Travel + Stay With Us
We have entrusted KT Travel & More to book the accommodation and round trip hotel/airport transfers for our guests. To make this planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodation for our wedding celebration through KT Travel & More, LLC only. We ask that wedding guests book through our room block only. Final payments are due no later than April 9, 2027. Initial deposits are due upon receipt of your invoice. Once KT Travel & More has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your payment to be processed.
Junior Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi
Garden or pool view given randomly to the client, located on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor, with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Maximum Occupancy 4 (2 Adults, 2 Children /3 Adults, 1 Child). Bedding: 1 king-size or 2 double beds. 625 sq. ft. Bed type subject to availability. This room is handicapped accessible.
Sky View Suite Rooftop with Outdoor Jacuzzi
Sky view, located 5th floor, room divided in two floors (Main room plus a large roof top terrace with double outdoor Jacuzzi). Maximum Occupancy 2 adults. Bedding: 1 king-size. 1025 sq. ft. divided room and terrace.
Majestic Junior Suite Swim Up
Garden or Pool View, located on the ground floor, with outdoor jacuzzi, lounge bed, and direct access to a private pool or the main building’s swimming pool, depending on location. Maximum Occupancy 4, (2 Adults, 2 Children/3 Adults, 1 Child, 4Adults). Bedding: 1 king-size, 725 sq. ft.
Swim Up Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi
Garden or Pool View, spacious suite located on the ground floor with an outdoor jacuzzi, lounge bed, the living room, and bedroom area is separated by doors. Access to a private pool, or the main building’s swimming pool, depending on location. Maximum Occupancy 4 (2 Adults, 2 Children/3 Adults, 1 Child, 4 Adults). Bedding: 1 king-size, 1 pull-out sofa, and 1 murphy bed. 1000 sq. ft.
Elegance Club Junior Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi-ADULTS ONLY
Garden or pool view given random to the client, located on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor, with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Maximum Occupancy 2 adults. Bedding: 1 king-size or 2 double beds. 625 sq. ft. Bed type subject to availability. This room is handicapped accessible.
Elegance Club 1BR Ste Outdoor Jacuzzi-ADULTS ONLY
Garden or pool view given randomly to the client, located on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor, with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Living room and bedroom area are separated by doors. Maximum Occupancy 4 adults. Bedding: 1 king-size. 850 sq. ft.
Elegance Club Junior Suite Oceanfront with Outdoor Jacuzzi-ADULTS ONLY
Ocean front view, located on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor, with outdoor Jacuzzi and lounge bed. Maximum Occupancy 2 adults. Bedding: 1 king-size. 625 sq. ft.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made on or before February 9, 2027: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between February 10, 2027-April 9, 2027: 40% penalty will be charged.
Cancellations made on or after April 10, 2027: Any reduction in room revenue or No-shows will result in 100% penalty.
Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
Hotel/Airport Transfer
Direct, round-trip transfers are provided by Lomas Travel DMC. Transfers are only for guests of the Brathwaite wedding traveling to Majestic Elegance Resort and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you extend your stay at another resort. Flight itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates. The cost of the transfer service is $75.00 per person.
