We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. All RSVPs/reservation deposits are due no later than x/x/2025. Final payments are due no later than April 17, 2026. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your payment information, please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your reservation to be created and to receive your invoice.
Payment Details
Deposit: 30% of total reservation cost
Second deposit: 20% of total room cost due no later than February 27, 2026
Final payment: Reservation balance due no later than April 17, 2026.

July 14-20, 2026
The hotel has a 4-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block. Deviation outside of these dates (before July 14, 2026, and after July 20, 2026) are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations on or before February 27, 2026: Initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations between February 28-April 17, 2026: 40% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations between April 18-May 17, 2026: 50% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations between May 18-0 days prior to travel: 100% nonrefundable.
Travel protection is offered by our third-party vendor Travel Insured. Adding travel protection protects your investment if you need to cancel. In the event you cancel your reservation while in penalty, the penalty will still be enforced, however, you will be able to file a claim through your travel protection. Please note, travel protection is not required but strongly recommended.
Transportation to and from the airport
Direct, round trip hotel transfers are provided by AmStar DMC for $125.00 USD per person. Transfers are only for Richburg wedding guests traveling to Royalton Blue Waters/Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters and cannot be used to travel to other resorts, or for transportation to the airport if you are extending your stay at another resort. Flight Itineraries are required for booking; please ensure that your travel dates match your check in/check out dates.
