Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than April 17, 2026. Final payments not received by 11:59 PM CST on April 17, 2026, will be cancelled.

Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort. Please note, fees may be associated with your new transportation arrangements.

Reservation modifications must be requested in writing and will not be accepted forty-five (45) days or less prior to check-in of the earliest reservation in the room block. Reservation modifications include, but are not limited to name changes, adding/removing a guest from the reservation, shifting of reservation dates, changes to room categories, etc. If reservations are requested to be changed less than forty-five (45) days prior to travel, a change fee of $150.00 per change will be billed to you via your invoice. Modification requests may not be approved by the resort. Reservation modifications will not be accepted within 14 days of travel for any reason.

No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. All payment requests must be made in writing via email, or by using the Credit Card Authorization Form.

The current room block is between July 14-20, 2026. You can book your stay between these dates. Please note, the resort has a minimum 4-night requirement. Dates booked outside of this eligible date range are subject to availability.

There are no special requirements related to Covid-19 for travel to Jamaica.

Yes, a valid US Passport is required. Passport cards are not acceptable for international travel.

You will book your flights to fly into Montego Bay International Airport (MBJ).

No, Diamond Club amenities are only for guests booked in Diamond Club level rooms.
