Travel + Stay
We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. To make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you only book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Deposits for your reservation are due within seven (7) days of receiving your invoice. Final payment is due no later than December 18, 2025. Once KT Travel & More, LLC has received your reservation request, please allow 24-48 hours reservation to be created, and your invoice emailed to you for payment.
Payment Details
Deposit: One night stay per person (Due once you receive your invoice)
Second Deposit: One night stay per person: Due September 19, 2025
Final payment is due no later than December 18, 2025

April 29, 2025-May 2, 2026
The hotel has a 3-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block; you can request to book your reservation within these dates. Deviation outside of these dates (before April 29, 2026, after May 2, 2026) may result in a rate change and is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made on or before September 19, 2025: initial deposit is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between September 20, 2025-December 18, 2025: a penalty of 50% of the total reservation cost will be applied.
Cancellations made between December 19, 2025- Zero (0) days prior to departure: a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost will be applied.
Please note, no-shows result in 100% penalty, even if travel protection has been purchased.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the airport is booked through Lomas Travel. Transportation is $75.00 RT per person and will consist of only the wedding group.
Please note that rates for transportation are subject to change. To confirm your transportation, your flight itinerary is required. Flight itineraries are due no later than March 2, 2026. Failure to submit flight itineraries within fifteen (15) days of the due date will result in the loss of transportation and will be nonrefundable.
Travel Protection
Travel Protection is offered by Travel Insured. You may book your travel protection at your leisure by clicking the image below; please be sure to read the terms and conditions. Book your travel protection after you have paid your deposit. Travel protection is per person, unless you are booking for you and your roommate(s). To know the total cost of your trip, divide your total by the number of people on your reservation. We strongly encourage adding the Cancel for Any Reason option to your travel protection when you book your travel protection (this optional add on is only available with the Worldwide Trip Protector Travel Protection). Please note, Cancel for Any Reason is not available to residents of the state of New York.
