      Yes, KT Travel & More LLC does not book flights for wedding groups.

    5. Can I add a roommate to my reservation after I have booked single occupancy?
      Please refer to the Plus One Policy located on the wedding website. Should you be approved to add a plus one, please reach out to me and I will add the additional person to your room.
    6. Is transportation to and from the airport included?
      Yes, transportation to and from the airport is included in your cost.
    7. Can I book excursions?
      Yes, optional excursions are provided for booking.
    8. What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
      To cancel your reservation, please submit the Cancellation Request Form located on your invoice. Cancellations by phone call or text message are prohibited.
    9. Can we request rooming next to our family/friends?
      Yes, special requests can be made for you to room next to your family/friends, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
    10. Can I request double beds?
      Yes, special requests can be made for a double-bed room, however, these requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. It is important to note that only the Elegance Club Junior Suite with Outdoor Jacuzzi offers the option of two double beds.
    11. Can I change my room after my reservation is made?
      Room changes can be made but are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
    12. What is the deadline to add travel protection to my reservation?
      You can add travel protection up to 7 days after your reservation is approved. Travel Protection cannot be added to a reservation that has been paid in full.
    13. When can I book my flights?
      Flight schedules for American Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines are published 10 months in advance. All other airlines are 6-8 months, depending on the airline.
    14. When is my final payment due?
      Final payment for your room reservation is due no later than July 8, 2026.
    15. What happens if I miss my flight?
      Should you miss your flight, you can speak with a gate agent to get your flight rebooked. Please also be sure to notify me of your updated flight arrival so that I can rearrange your transportation to the resort.
    16. Can I change my travel dates after my reservation has been made?
      Yes, this change can be made prior to 45 days before travel. Please note that this special request is based upon room availability and is not guaranteed.
    17. Do you accept payments or reservations over the phone?
      No, it is against company policy to accept payments over the phone. Payments are automatically withdrawn monthly until the final due date.
    18. What are the travel dates?
      Rooms are available to be booked between the dates of November 5-10, 2026. A minimum night requirement of 4 nights must be met for all reservations.
    19. Are passports required for travel to Mexico?
      Yes, each person traveling to Mexico must have a valid passport. Passport cards are not acceptable for international travel. Real IDs are not acceptable for international travel. Passports must be valid at the time of travel.
    20. Does this resort charge for incidentals?
      A credit card may be required for incidentals. Resorts may hold up to $500.00 per reservations for incidentals, and resorts may not accept debit cards for incidental holds.
    21. What are the COVID-19 travel policies for Mexico?
      There are no special requirements related to Covid-19 for travel to Mexico.
    22. Does the resort have a dress code?
      Please be advised that some resort restaurants may require long pants, collared shirts, and closed toe shoes. Please pack accordingly.
