Room Block Details
We have entrusted KT Travel & More, LLC to book the accommodations for our guests. Your reservation and deposit serve as your RSVP, so to make this wedding planning process as simple as possible for us, we request that you book your resort accommodations for our wedding through KT Travel & More, LLC only. Final payments are due no later than July 8, 2026.
Payment Details
Deposit: One night stay per person due upon receipt of invoice.
Second deposit: One night stay per person due no later than May 9, 2026
Final Payment: Final payment is due no later than July 8, 2026. A $50.00/person late fee is applied to reservations with a balance on July 10, 2024.

Nov. 5-10, 2026
The hotel has a 4-night minimum requirement on all reservations. The dates above are the contracted dates set forth in the room block; you can request to book your reservation within these dates. Deviation outside of these dates (before November 5, 2026, after November 10, 2026) will result in a rate change and is subject to availability.

Although we cannot guarantee bedding, If you need double beds, please only select this room category.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made on or before May 9, 2026: Deposits are nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between May 10, 2026 – July 8, 2026: 50% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Cancellations made between July 9, 2026-0 days before travel: 100% of total reservation is nonrefundable.
Please note, no-shows result in 100% penalty.
Partial cancellations (reducing room nights) while in penalty will result in the cancellation penalty being assessed for the reduction of said room night(s) at the guest level.
Cancellation penalties not paid by the guest at the reservation level will be taken from the wedding couple’s room block deposit outlined in their room block contract.
