What started with a DM on Instagram turned into three back-to-back dates in three days and the rest was history. Our very first date was at Logans, and before the check even came, Deandre was already asking when he could see me again. The next day we went to lunch. The day after that, breakfast. From the start, it just felt right.

My first impression of Deandre was that he was respectful, kind, and handsome. He says I caught his eye right away, but what made him stay was how beautiful, ambitious, and full of life I am. His words, not mine.

We connected over our love for God, deep conversations, and a shared passion for seeing the world. Even when we see things differently, we always make room for understanding. Deandre is smart, hardworking, emotionally intelligent, and the kind of man who refuses to let us go to bed upset. And he says I am his dream woman. Beautiful, driven, loving, and a spirit too big to miss.

On November 7, 2024, on a beach in Montego Bay at sunset, Deandre got down on one knee and asked me to be his forever. I had no idea he had planned every detail and even flew in my friends and my sister to surprise me. I was completely shocked and completely in love.

Now, we are counting down to November 7, 2026, two years to the day after that magical proposal, to make it official. We are excited to keep traveling, build a home together, raise a family, and get a dog. We are ready to do life together and we cannot wait to celebrate with you.
